Dikard (operated by Bytedex Network) provides business pages and mini websites for small businesses. This notice explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Data we collect
Information you share to build your page: your name, business name, logo, photos, services, social links, contact details, and anything else you choose to publish. You usually send it to us over WhatsApp.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Dikard does not store your card number; Stripe may share the payment status, the plan purchased, and your email with us.
Browsing data: pages visited, device, approximate country, and events such as button clicks, through the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager.
To show prices in your currency we detect your country from your browser language or, if needed, from your IP address using the ipapi.co service.
How we use your data
To create, publish, and support your business page and domain.
To process payments and service renewals.
To answer your messages on WhatsApp and through the site chat.
To measure site and advertising performance on Meta and Google, and to show relevant ads.
Who we share data with
Only with providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising and measurement), Google (Tag Manager), the site chat provider (Kubots), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data.
What you publish on your business page is public by nature: anyone with the link can see it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Meta and Google cookies and pixels to measure visits and campaigns. You can block them in your browser settings or through Meta and Google ad controls; some site features may be affected.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to its use for advertising, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable time.
You can ask us at any time to remove or update the information published on your business page.
Retention and changes
We keep your data while your service is active and as long as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We may update this notice; the last update date is shown above.
