The service

Dikard creates and maintains a business page (mini website) with the information you share: services, gallery, testimonials, social links, location, WhatsApp, QR code, and save-contact, depending on the plan you purchase.

Annual plan and price

The annual plan is billed every year and includes your domain, hosting, access to the Dikard platform, and support. The current price is shown on the site at checkout, in your market's currency.

The annual plan renews every year. You can ask us not to renew it before the renewal date.

Lifetime plan

The lifetime option is paid once as an additional amount on top of the initial price and covers only the use of the Dikard platform: it removes the annual platform renewal.

The domain is NOT lifetime: it renews every year at the price shown on the site at the time of purchase.

Delivery and guarantee

Delivery is within 24 hours after we receive all your information. We include 7 days of adjustments to texts, images, colors, and links, and a 30-day technical guarantee to fix functionality problems.

Delivery time depends on you sending complete information and on any corrections you request.

Your content

You are responsible for making sure the information, images, logos, and texts you send are yours or that you have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe third-party rights or the law. We may remove illegal or infringing content.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also accept Stripe's terms. Taxes and bank fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Limitation of liability

Dikard does not guarantee sales results, search ranking, or number of customers. We do our best to keep the service available, but third-party interruptions (hosting, domain, networks) may occur.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
